Dental CPA Summit – North Carolina Dental CPA Attending

The AAO Annual Session is expected to attract 15,000 orthodontists and dental professionals from April 21 to 25th.

Dental CPA Summit – Florida CPAs Heading to San Diego

Immediately after tax season, the Dental Accounting Association is hosting an in-depth series of educational sessions along with round table discussions on best practices for dental practices.  Everything from new tax strategies for dental practices to dental profit optimization to dental law changes will be examined.

Mark SizemoreJoining the Dental CPA Summit from Florida will be two of leading dental CPA’s in Florida, Mark Sizemore and Peter Freuler.

Mark Sizemore, owner of Sizemore & Associates and Dental CPA Coach, will represent North Florida and South Georgia.  Mark’s CPA Accounting practice is based in Jacksonville and services dentists from Tallahassee to Gainesville up to Savannah Georgia.  Mark has over twenty years of accounting experience along with extensive experience in healthcare insurance.

Peter FreulerPeter Freuler, owner of Peter Freuler Jr CPA and Dental CPA Coach, will represent Central and South Florida markets.  Peter’s CPA Accounting Practice is based in Orlando and services clients from Tampa to Naples to Miami to Orlando.

To drill deeper into the dental industry, the Dental Accounting Association members will be travelling to San Diego for an in-depth series of presentations and round table discussions.  The Dental CPA Summit will immediately follow tax season on April 21, 2017.

Our keynote speaker will be Patrick J Wood, founder of the largest dental law firm in the United States.  Wood & P WoodDelgado has been representing dentists for 35 years.  The firm’s primary emphasis is on dental practice sales, lease reviews, associateships, corporations, partnerships and related transactions.  The firm also specializes in dental board defense, estate planning for dentists and employment law issues.

Mr. Wood has lectured extensively at dental conventions, dental societies and dental schools.  He currently delivers approximately 15 practice transition seminars throughout the country each year.   He has written numerous articles that have been published in dental publications such as “Dental Economics, “Journal of California Dental Association”, “Strategies for Success”, “The New Dentist”, “CEDS Magazine”, “Dentaltown”, The Nugget Magazine”, and “Journal of Colorado Dental Association”.

Dental CPA Accounting Firm – Atlanta CPA on the Road

Hinman Dental MtgFor this year’s Thomas Hinman Dental Meeting, Lee Pennington, CPA will have a booth welcoming dentists and enhancing existing dental relationships.

The Hinman Dental Meeting will be March 23rd to 25th.  They are expecting 19,000 attendees and keynote speaker is Dr. Sanjay Gupta.

The first meeting was held by Dr. Thomas Hinman in 1912 and was very clinical in nature.  Exhibits were added to the Hinman Show in 1942 and had a total of 14 booths.  And last year, the Hinman Dental Show had nearly 20,000 dental professionals in attendance.
