Dental CPA Summit – Ohio CPA Attending

AAO AnnualThe AAO Annual Session is expected to attract 15,000 orthodontists and dental professionals from April 21 to 25th.

Immediately prior to the AAO Annual, John Siebert will be joining the Dental Accounting Association for an in-depth educational series of meetings called the Dental CPA Summit. John is one of fourteen CPA’s that participates in the Dental Accounting Association providing:

  • Dental Practice Accounting and Tax
  • Dental Practice Benchmarking and Profit Improvement Coaching
  • Dental Practice Real Estate

Dental CPA Summit in San Diego CA – Dental Practice Coaching

To drill deeper into the dental industry, the Dental Accounting Association members will be travelling to San Diego for an in-depth series of presentations and round table discussions.  The Dental CPA Summit will immediately follow tax season on April 21, 2017.

Our keynote speaker will be Patrick J Wood, founder of the largest dental law firm in the United States.  Wood & P WoodDelgado has been representing dentists for 35 years.  The firm’s primary emphasis is on dental practice sales, lease reviews, associateships, corporations, partnerships and related transactions.  The firm also specializes in dental board defense, estate planning for dentists and employment law issues.

Mr. Wood has lectured extensively at dental conventions, dental societies and dental schools.  He currently delivers approximately 15 practice transition seminars throughout the country each year.   He has written numerous articles that have been published in dental publications such as “Dental Economics, “Journal of California Dental Association”, “Strategies for Success”, “The New Dentist”, “CEDS Magazine”, “Dentaltown”, The Nugget Magazine”, and “Journal of Colorado Dental Association”.

The Dental Accounting Association is a network of CPA Firms located in North America working collectively to provide best in class tax, accounting and dental practice coaching to dentists.  Our primary focus is on minimizing taxes and closely followed by profit improvement coaching.

The member firms within the Dental Accounting Association are searching for opportunities to improve performance within dental practices by quantitatively measuring performance standards, cost measurements and sharing best practices.

dental-practice-managementThe August 10th webinar presented by Dustin Shively, owner of OverWatch Dental CPA’s, which is a leading dental CPA Firm servicing dentists throughout the United States.  Prior to starting up his own dental cpa firm, Dustin worked for a leading Midwestern CPA Firm with a focus in the healthcare sector.  Dustin’s webinar focused on best practices for dental practice management.

To build upon this webinar, the Dental Accounting Association also hosted a webinar on dental practice management featuring Debbie Seidel-Bittke on August 31st.  Debbie is owner of Dental Hygiene Solutions and presentation focused on strategies for dental practice growth through dental hygiene.

This webinar is limited to members of the Dental Accounting Association, which consists of fifteen (15) CPA Firms dedicated to raising the bar for small and medium sized dental practices.
