The Dental Accounting Association is heading to American Association of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) Annual in Chicago May 24-26th. This is the 72nd Annual Session for Pediatric Dentistry and expected to attract over 6,000 pediatric dentists.

On May 23rd, the Dental Accounting Association will meet as a group in our one day summit. This is our fourth annual summit and participation grows each year. Each year at one of the major dental trade shows (e.g., ADA Annual, AAO Annual, AAPD, etc.), we meet as a group for a full day of topics. On Thursday evening, we will let off some steam with a boat tour along the Chicago River and get a chance to learn about the stories behind more than 50 buildings and how Chicago grew from a small settlement into one of the world’s largest city.
For this year’s event, we are welcoming three new members into our association bringing our membership up to fourteen members nationwide. Our newest members are:
The Dental Accounting Association is comprised of independently owned CPA Firms that are dedicated to the accounting industry. All members are licensed CPA Firms and we cover all fifty states. We are the only Dental CPA’s focused on tax coaching and participates as a collaborative group at the major dental shows.

Eleven Dental CPA’s traveled to San Diego for the American Association of Orthodontists Annual in beautiful San Diego. Considering that the AAO Show was just days after tax season concluded, we accomplished lots of ground on ways to improve our back office systems and enhanced marketing techniques.
All in all, eleven member firms of the Dental Accounting Association attended the Dental CPA Summit. The keynote speaker was Patrick Wood, founder of
Morey and Associates, CPA will be attending the American Association of Orthodontists Annual Session immediately following tax season to connect with existing clients and orthodontists in attendance.
